NORWEGIAN FOREST CAT KITTEN

OUR NORWEGIAN FOREST CATS

Our Norwegian kittens are raised around kids and canines. They stayed at our house and slept in our beds. Since they were very small, they have experienced daily holding, rocking, and cuddling. Starting at the age of four weeks, each kitten of a Norwegian forest cat receives a regular body massage. Put the kitten on its back and start massaging its body from the ears outward to achieve this. By the time we get to the Norwegian woodland kitten's hind feet after starting with the head, neck, and back, it is a limp little purring lump of ecstasy. When they leave our home, our Norwegian forest cats for sale are extremely loving and well-socialized.

WHAT TO AIM FOR IN US

Before going to their adoptive parents, our Norwegian Forest Kittens live in a caring, smoke-free household. They are groomed and cared for by our two daughters, who are in school, so our Norwegian forest cats for sale are used to kids. We engage our kittens daily with play and handling, and give them regular brushing. Through these activities, they become familiar to being handled, making the transfer to your home less stressful for everyone.

Once kittens are booked at 10 weeks, we post weekly pictures and videos on social media (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook) so that the adopting owners are confident of the kittens’ temperaments. After health, an affectionate and confident temperament is our primary breeding goal

Our breeding cats are tested for FeLV (Feline Leukemia Virus) & FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), GSDIV (Glycogen Storage Disease type IV), PKD (Polycystic Kidney Disease), and HCM (Feline Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy). Kittens will have a veterinarian check-up before moving to their new home; vaccinations will also have been started. Kittens will require additional vaccinations.

In addition to your new kitten, we will provide you with:

Complete veterinary records of your kitten including recent immunizations

Copies of each parent's most recent genetic screening results

Kitten Registration with both TICA and CFA, and instructions for ordering your own laminated pedigree from TICA once transfer of ownership is complete upon spay/neuter

Binder with information about your Norwegian Forest Kitten with tips and advice

A gift for you and your kitten

WHO WE ARE

Blake is my name, and I grew up in Massachusetts. My maternal grandmother was born in Norway. As a child, I spent a lot of time in Scandinavia visiting family and friends. I am an artist, a teacher, a father, and I have always loved cats. My wife and I have a small TICA/CFA registered cattery in the beautiful foothills of Massachusetts, USA, where we exclusively breed Norwegian Forest Cats. We have two daughters, who have been driving forces in embracing showing and caring for our cats.

We visit Scandinavia on a regular basis and have formed partnerships with several catteries to provide NFC enthusiasts in the United States with kittens that have a wide genetic diversity and sweet dispositions.

I completed the Pawpeds International G1 Breeder and Cat Owner Course. All of our Norwegian Forest Kittens are born and raised in our home, where they are safe and socialized, which is one of our main goals. The Norwegian forest cats are first and foremost our family members to us and also for show and breeding purposes.

Our Norwegian Forest Cats for sale have a secure outside space where they may enjoy the sounds of birds and play in the powdery Rocky Mountain snow showers, a natural environment for these northerners! We hope you will adore our Norwegian Forest Kittens as much as we do.
